fantastic stay!
cool drink rustic decor comfortable bed convenient snacks
i was welcomed with a cool drink. the room had a beautiful rustic decor and a really comfortable bed. i also appreciated the lift (i had some heavy bags). having snacks and hot drink options already in the room was a nice touch and very convenient.
the street outside was a bit noisy at times. it wasn't a major issue, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.

the room was spacious and clean. i loved its beautiful decoration. the bed was comfortable (i slept so well!). the shower was great too, and there was plenty of space to move around.

The location was very convenient. The train station was nearby, and the walk to the city center took only about twenty minutes. The staff was always ready to help with any requests I had. I also appreciated the basket of baked goods, jams, coffee, tea, and orange juice, that was refilled daily.
The room required some modernization. Some areas were dusty. Carrying suitcases up the stairs was somewhat difficult.

helpful staff charming vibe
the staff provided helpful restaurant recommendations. i found a charming florence vibe in the interior. a basket of goodies was refilled each morning with cakes, biscuits, juice, and condiments. the location provided easy walking to attractions and the train station.
i noticed the front door is located on a narrow street. the elevator was small. it often stopped on different floors because people left the door open. this was occasionally inconvenient.

an okay stay
convenient location washing machine helpful staff small room missing knob exposed nails
the location worked well for me. It was close to many attractions. i appreciated the washing machine in the apartment. the staff provided bag storage before check-in and that was helpful.
the room i got felt small and uncomfortable. it did not look like the pictures i saw online. some doors lacked knobs and i could not close them. this felt unsafe because exposed nails might cause injury.

The location was perfect! It was close to the train station. The apartment had so much room. The staff was helpful.
The street was a bit scary at night. It also got noisy. I had trouble sleeping because people shouted between midnight and 4 am.

mixed feelings about the stay
clean apartments great location train station uncomfortable bed dust issue noise problem
the room was clean and it had all the facilities i needed. its near the train station, i moved easily with my luggages by walk. the location is amazing, i walked to all the restaurants and historic places.
the mattress was not comfortable. i had to sleep on the couch, the dust. the noise from other guests ringing the buzzer and slamming the front door didnt help me to rest.
